TRANSACTION TIMING
It can take ten minutes to an hour for transferred LANDs or SAND to be reflected in your wallet depending on network congestion. There may also be a few minutes delay for your account at The Sandbox to update and reflect completed transactions.
TRACKING YOUR TRANSACTIONS
You need to use when tracking transactions on the Polygon network, and when tracking transactions on the Ethereum network.
Instructions
Step 1
Log in to your account and access the bridge page on The Sandbox: .
Press the Polygon Withdraw button. This will prompt a pop-up to appear on the right of the screen.
Step 2
Select the amount of mSAND on the Polygon network that you want to withdraw to SAND on the Polygon network. And then click Start Withdrawal.
Step 3
Review the amount you wish to deposit and click Confirm.
Step 4
When prompted, sign the transaction on your wallet.
Step 5
The funds are being processed and reaching the checkpoint. This process can take a few hours to complete the withdrawal depending on network congestion.
Step 6
Your SAND has reached the checkpoint. On the bridge page, click on the 1 Action Required.
Step 7
Your mSAND has reached the checkpoint. Confirm the new transaction. A small ETH gas fee will be incurred. Then when prompted, sign the transaction on your wallet.
Step 8
The transaction is successful. You can find your SAND in your Ethereum wallet.
