Earn SAND & Other Rewards
There are a number of ways to earn SAND and other rewards in The Sandbox. You need to connect a cryptocurrency wallet to your account at The Sandbox in order to receive it. To learn more, visit:

Seasons & Events
Visit the Events page on The Sandbox website and The Sandbox Medium to learn about live events in the metaverse and what rewards are available. This may include completing quests built into Experiences or participating in fun activities and sharing on social media.
Rewards are often prize pools that are either distributed to players on a first-come-first-serve basis or through raffles. Each Event has its own unique rewards and rules. Each Season hosted by The Sandbox may also have a different system of earning rewards. To learn more about Seasons and Events, visit:

Members of the community may host their own contests, whether they have shared an Experience the Game Maker Gallery for free or launched it to their virtual LAND on the metaverse map. To learn more, you can follow creators in the community on their social channels or visit:
Find Experiences on the map to play. Click on the "Details" button for an Experience to learn about it and see if there may be active contests for players. Learn more about the Map here:

SAND
Occasionally, The Sandbox may have giveaways, such as The Sandbox 200K Giveaway celebrating having 200K followers. Every community member can participate in major giveaway events.
NFTs
Livestreams have giveaways on a frequent basis just for joining and filling out a form for a random winner selection.
Occasionally, The Sandbox or partners may have NFT giveaways via social media.
LAND
LAND used to be included in Game Jam winnings or random surprise giveaways for Game Jam participation, as well as other giveaways, but now that there is not as much new LAND remaining to distribute it is rare to be included as a giveaway item.
Creation Based
Creative Contests
The Sandbox makes announcements via Medium, Twitter, and other social media when contests begin. Follow instructions to find all of the rules, guidelines, and submission requirements.
Use VoxEdit, Game Maker, or both to complete your submission, depending on the nature of the contest. To learn more, visit:

You may choose to create Experiences and Assets to monetise as your own, create content on commission, or create as part of a larger independent or collaborative project, such as working for a creative agency or studio.
Monetising Assets and Experiences is not yet open to the public, but is coming soon! Renting LAND is also a developing feature that will provide an opportunity to earn SAND.
It is recommended to review Security Topics, particularly Collaboration Security, to make more informed decisions about entering business relationships with other parties. Do research carefully before connecting a wallet, installing software, or providing any personal information.
Consider Becoming a Trusted Partner
Learn about trusted and vetted agencies and studios at the Partners Hub. There, you can reach out if you'd like to become a trusted partner, receive access to helpful resources, and be added to the directory.
Consider Working for a Trusted Partner
Research a partner whose work interests you and reach out to them with your portfolio of your work if you're interested in being part of their team. If you don't have a portfolio yet, take advantage of Creative Contests to sharpen your skills and document your creative journey so it's ready to share when you start to look for professional creative work.
Non-Vetted Creators/Customers
Discord also offers channels for non-vetted creators to connect with the community and find work. It is highly recommended to do your own research on any creator or potential employer before entering into a business arrangement. Also, exercise caution to protect your wallet whether you're seeking creative work or hiring for it, as there are scammers who will try to take advantage of both. Visit Discord for these channels:

Launching Experiences to LAND
Monetising Assets and Experiences is not yet open to the public, but is coming soon! Renting LAND is also a developing feature that will provide an opportunity to earn SAND.
Though it is not possible yet to mint NFTs on the Marketplace, you can request early access to launch Experiences to the metaverse Map. Many community members have already been using the Game Maker Gallery to share Experiences for free to build community and launch their own events, with creative revenue plans.
See examples of how Experiences can be designed as An Extension of the Real World with contests such as puzzles, leaderboards, etc. without using built-in tools by The Sandbox.
Monetising your content is a developing feature, and there are many other great things to come with our game creation software, Game Maker, to make Experiences more polished and exciting.
