# 什么是 LAND (土地)？

LAND (土地)是 The Sandbox 元宇宙中的数字化房地产。 游戏设计师可使用 LAND 建立和发布数字体验，例如游戏或立体模型，并在其中添加各种 ASSET (资产)。

每块 LAND 都是以太坊区块链上唯一的，非同质化代币 (ERC-721 标准)。 总共有 166,464 块LAND，永不增减。

可以将多块 LAND 合并以形成 ESTATE (土地群)。由多个人拥有的一种特殊类型的 ESTATE 被称为 DISTRICT (区域)。
