# Cosa sono i DISTRETTI?

## DISTRETTO

Un DISTRETTO é un tipo particolare di ESTATE che é posseduto da uno o piú individui.

I proprietari del DISTRETTO avranno diritto a stabilire le regole di governance che influenzeranno le esperienze che verranno create sopra il DISTRETTO.  Questo é possibile grazie ad una DAO, ovvero una organizzazione decentralizzatata autonoma. I proprietari terrieri con la stessa visione grazie a questo sistema possono coollaborare e costruire qualcosa insieme. 

## Quali sono i requisiti per un ESTATE per far sí che prenda parte di un DISTRETTO?

* Gli ESTATE devono essere vicini l'un l'altro.
* Ogni DISTRETTO deve avere un minimo di 2 proprietari unici.
* Ogni proprietario avrá necessita di fare stake di una certa quantitá di $SAND.
* Le approvazioni del DISTRETTO dovranno essere passate sotto votazione.
