# Cosa sono i DISTRETTI? ## DISTRETTO Un DISTRETTO é un tipo particolare di ESTATE che é posseduto da uno o piú individui. I proprietari del DISTRETTO avranno diritto a stabilire le regole di governance che influenzeranno le esperienze che verranno create sopra il DISTRETTO. Questo é possibile grazie ad una DAO, ovvero una organizzazione decentralizzatata autonoma.
