# DISTRICTs là gì?

## DISTRICTs

DISTRICTs là một loại ESTATE  đặc biệt được sở hữu bởi hai hoặc nhiều người.

Chủ sở hữu DISTRICTs  sẽ được hưởng các quy tắc quản trị đặc biệt sẽ ảnh hưởng đến tất cả các trải nghiệm được xây dựng trong DISTRICTs . Điều này sẽ được thực hiện thông qua các tổ chức tự trị phi tập trung (DAO). Nó sẽ cho phép các chủ sở hữu LAND có tầm nhìn hoặc dự án chung có thể hợp tác và xây dựng cùng nhau.
