# Manage Account

The Sandbox team will never, ever, under any circumstances what-so-ever request your passwords, security keys, security questions or security passphrases.

In some support cases, we may ask for your wallet address. This is safe to give to us, though you may prefer to do so privately, as it is public record and does not allow anyone to access your wallet.

## Create Your Account

It includes step-by-step instructions for account setup, information so you can decide if you want to create and connect a cryptocurrency wallet (with instructions), and guides you to choose your first Avatar or begin playing immediately.

## The Sandbox Website: Log In/Log Out <a href="#log-in" id="log-in"></a>

You will log in to [**The Sandbox website**](https://www.sandbox.game/) to access your account. Your username or email address and password are also used to log in to VoxEdit, Game Maker, and the metaverse Game Client.

Go to The Sandbox website - [**https://www.sandbox.game/**](https://www.sandbox.game/)**.** Then click **Sign In** at the top-right of the page, if the login prompt doesn't appear right away.

**Step 2**&#x20;

You have three options to log in based on how you registered your account:

* Enter your Username or Email and your Password and click the blue **Sign In** button.
* Choose **Connect My Wallet** to sign in via a wallet you have already connected
* Choose **Continue with Google** to sign in if you used your Google account to register

### Log Out at The Sandbox Website <a href="#id-1" id="id-1"></a>

To log out of your account at The Sandbox, click on your username in the top-right of the website. It is next to the shopping cart icon. At the bottom of the Account list, click on the **Sign Out** option.

### I Forgot...

In most cases, you'll need to use the forgot password tool when you try to log in at The Sandbox website. You can also log in through your wallet and change your login credentials.

### I forgot my password to access my Sandbox account.

Please use the forgotten password tool on the login page to reset your password.

You can also log into your account through your cryptocurrency wallet by selecting the wallet that you connected to the account at the login screen, then signing the approval pop-up in the wallet itself. Once logged in this way, you can check your email and password in your account settings.

### I forgot my email and cannot request a password reset / I did not get a password reset email <a href="#forgot-email" id="forgot-email"></a>

Log into your account through your cryptocurrency wallet by selecting the wallet that you connected to the account at the login screen, then signing the approval pop-up in the wallet itself. Once logged in this way, you can check your email and password in your account settings.

In cases where users are not getting password reset emails, we find they are either entering the incorrect email address or have made a typo in their email address field when they registered.

### I forgot my password to access Game Maker, VoxEdit or Game Client

Your login credentials are universal across The Sandbox ecosystem. The same username, email address, and password used to log in to your account at The Sandbox website is used to log in to Game Maker, VoxEdit, and the Game Client.

If you forgot your login credentials on your account, please use the forgotten password tool.
