The games that are made and published in The Sandbox belong to the designer or designers of that game. As long as it does not violate another individual or entity's copyright or trademarks. ## If I Rent LAND Instead of Buying It, Who Owns The Game That Is Built on The LAND? The designer or designers of the game will own 100% of the game. The person you are renting the LAND from does not own any part of your game, just the LAND it is built on. ## Are There Any Licencing Rights?
