BITSKI WALLET OWNERS NEED TO ACT BY JUNE 30, 2024

Bitski is joining Phantom, so if you own a Bitski wallet you will need to export your keys to another wallet provider. Bitski wallets will be phased out.

Which wallet should I choose?

This is entirely up to you and your experience or what you intend to use it for.

Should I tell anyone my wallet's seed phrase / key phrase?

• Under absolutely no circumstances whatsoever should you tell anyone the seed/key phrase for your wallet.

• This is a randomly generated series of words, usually between 12 to 24 words long.

• Giving this phrase out to someone else will alow them to gain access to your wallet and drain it of your funds and NFTs.

Can I change my wallet?

Yes. See Change or Disconnect a Wallet.

Should I use or upgrade to a hardware wallet?

The Sandbox recommends that anyone who actively participates in high-value trading or owns some high-value NFTs (such as LANDs) should invest in a hardware wallet. A ~$180 investment into a hardware wallet could be what saves you from losing ~$10,000 of crypto assets during a scam attempt against you.

My Coinbase wallet is limited, why?

Are Bitski wallets no longer supported by The Sandbox?

Bitski is joining Phantom and is phasing out Bitski wallets. Owners of this wallet must export their private keys to a different third-party wallet provider by June 30, 2024.
